N. Ryan Wilson, MEd, PLPC

Education/Degree: Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University (2009). Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Supporting Program in Church Ministries from NorthCentral University (2002).
Licensure: Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (Missouri). Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professional (Nebraska).
Experience: Ryan practiced as a mental health therapist for the first two years of his professional life in the state of Nebraska, working with children and adolescents who had come to therapy for severe behavioral problems, trauma of many kinds, foster care and adoption challenges and unmanageable family stress. Currently, Ryan is a Resident in the Clinical Training Program at Care and Counseling, working towards full licensure in Counseling.
Interests: Ryan works with children, adolescents and adults, and he provides therapy to a wide range of clientele. Ryan has focused his experience on diverse populations and has a diverse set of interests in the field of counseling: Social Justice, Trauma, Spirituality/Faith, College Student Development and Issues, Adoption/Foster Care, Sexuality and Family Issues.
