Clinician Development

Care and Counseling does not employ clinicians in the traditional salaried way.  We engage in clinician development through working with already licensed clinicians who are interested in developing a caseload in an area where Care and Counseling has a need, on a fee sharing basis, or unlicensed clinicians through our training program.  We do not “hire” licensed or unlicensed clinicians, but especially not the latter.  We supervise unlicensed clinicians in our training program only.

Care and Counseling provides licensed clinicians with referrals, office space, and administrative support based upon a percentage of fees collected.  Unlicensed clinicians can see clients under supervision only through our Clinical Training Program.

We are currently looking for clinicians who are interested in providing services in St. Louis City and County, Washington in Franklin County, Jefferson County and St. Charles County in Missouri and in Belleville and Alton in Illinois.
