Clergy/Professionals Support GroupsCare and Counseling Pastoral Support Groups are professionally led by trained pastoral counselors to provide a safe place to share joys, frustrations, and professional and personal issues and questions. Group leaders help pastors develop a plan for self care and encourage each to seek a pastor of their own. Costs are kept to a minimum and at times are shared by the parish or denomination and the pastor. Family of Origin Group for the Helping ProfessionalThis group is limited to clergy, therapists, and other helping professionals. The group meets on Friday afternoons at Care and Counseling for four hours on a monthly or every six-week basis. Schedules are set by group.
