Can I use insurance?

Yes, in most cases you can use your insurance.   Care and Counseling does accept insurance payments.  Clients need to check with their insurance companies as to their mental health in and out of network benefits, co-pays, number of allowable sessions per year, deductibles, authorizations.  Many therapists at Care and Counseling are on insurance panels or can receive out of network benefits.  Please tell the intake coordinator what insurance you have.   All counselors do not serve on all the insurance panels.  Some counselors choose not to be on insurance panels.  In these cases, some insurance companies provide out of network coverage.  If this is not possible, then sliding fee scale payment may be arranged.

Care and Counseling has 24 therapists on staff and we are on several insurance panels.  Just call your insurance company and find out if a counselor is on their insurance panel.   If you have the desire to meet with a particular therapist not on your insurance panel, we will find payment methods through our sliding fee scale for out of pocket expense.
